This policy is designed to provide full transparency regarding our logistics, costs, and delivery timelines, ensuring you have a seamless experience from checkout to installation.


Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

At this time, EasyHangHook exclusively provides shipping services to the 48 contiguous United States.

Notice Regarding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
Due to the significant physical weight and the artisan nature of our heavy-duty cast iron products, we utilize specialized shipping services (such as UPS and FedEx Ground) that require a physical delivery address for secure delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We appreciate your understanding in helping us ensure your hardware is delivered directly and securely to your project site.


Transparent Shipping Rates & Costs

We believe in a straightforward and honest shopping experience with no hidden fees or surprise surcharges at checkout. Our shipping structure is simple:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $80.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below $80.00, a flat rate of $10.00 applies.
  • Total at Checkout: The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on your order subtotal. What you see is exactly what you pay.

Customs & Duties

Taxes and Fees: The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. We do not charge any additional handling fees, nor are there any hidden domestic taxes or surcharges. What you see is exactly what you pay.
Logistics Partners: We partner with industry-leading domestic carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure reliable delivery.


Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To ensure your hardware arrives within the expected timeframe, please take note of our standardized shipping schedule. All times are based on the Central Time Zone.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time – CST). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday). This includes quality inspection, artisan-grade protective packaging, and carrier hand-off.
  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the duration your package spends in transit with our carriers.

Total Delivery Time Formula:
Handling Time (1 Business Day) + Transit Time (5 – 8 Business Days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time (6 – 9 Business Days).


Order Tracking & Logistic Partners

We partner with industry-leading carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, to ensure reliable delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package. Please note that it typically takes 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system after the initial scan. If your order contains multiple heavy items or pre-ordered sets, your shipment may arrive in multiple packages to ensure the structural integrity of the packaging.


Address Accuracy & Missing Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. EasyHangHook is not liable for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

In the event that your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check with neighbors or building management.
  3. Contact the carrier directly (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to open a formal investigation.

While we will provide all necessary documentation to assist your claim, we are not responsible for packages once they are officially marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damage in Transit Claims

Our cast iron hardware is built to last, but we take the risks of transit seriously. If your package arrives visibly damaged or if the items inside are broken:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
  • You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the original external packaging.
  • Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
