- Size and Weight: All dimensions provided are approximate. Due to the nature of cast iron and solid brass casting, a size tolerance of up to ±1/4 inch and slight weight variations between pieces in the same set are standard within the industry.
- Hand-Finished Elements: For multi-pack items, individual pieces may show minor differences in finish or mold detail, highlighting the unique, non-industrial nature of our products. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these inherent manufacturing variances.
Usage, Installation, and Safety Responsibility
EasyHangHook provides high-quality decorative hardware, but the final safety of the installation rests solely with the consumer.
- Installation Responsibility: Proper mounting is critical, especially for our heavy-duty brackets and hooks. We are not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, failure of the mounting surface (e.g., drywall vs. stud), or exceeding the recommended weight capacity of the product.
- Usage Warning: Cast iron is inherently heavy. Our products should be kept out of the reach of small children to prevent injury from falling objects. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the hardware is securely fastened and maintained over time.
Pricing Errors, Inventory, and Shipping Delays
